I still watched it 5 times again.

I'm pretty sure the base Phantom is RWD, but I could easily be wrong. I'm sure with the level of individuality Rolls offers, someone could get AWD if willing to throw down the money.
On a side note, while I was looking up the Phantom, I found this customer review on a website.

I love this car but the payment is $5564 per month and I only make $6,000 so its been difficult on the wife and kids. They just don't like living in a car. The cats don't mind it however. One thing I love about this car is the speedometers says it will go 160 miles per hour and it will actually travel that fast, but don't do this in a school zone because the fines are double. I drove it to my class reunion instead of my second car which is a 1998 Dodge dart. I thought this car would have a bigger effect and it did. The home coming queen went home with me. She wanted to go out to dinner but I told her about the payment and thus I couldn't afford dinner. She then took a cab home. Oh Well I still have the cat.
