Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupé Music Video
Hey guys, I know I havn't been on Teamspeed in a long time, but I have been working on school work etc. But I just decided to start a car reviewing channel on YouTube because I thought, "why not?". I partnered with a local high-end used car dealership that will allow me to film all of their cars so I will be able to upload a new review weekly.
Anyway, without further adieu, this is a really quick music video I whipped up for a friend's Rolls Phantom Coupé. I know it's not great but hell, I had fun making it.
So, enjoy... (hopefully)

Thanks, and don't be afraid to give me feedback, even if it's bad!

Hey guys, I have actually been thinking about this, does anyone know anything about copyrights and stuff?
I am actually not completely sure if this is fair use of the music or not.
Please, if anyone knows the answer to this, let me know; I'd rather not run into some sort of cease and desist thing later on.
Thanks!

Generally youtube will just disable the audio if it is deemed outside of fair use. That has been my experience at least.
I'm not a lawyer or anything though, so this is all speculative.
edit: use a tripod next time. get shots from lower angles. get multiple shots, rather than one one long shot around the car.

And thanks for the suggestion, I actually just asked my friend if I could film the Phantom and he said yes, so this was more of an unplanned thing, but I plan on using a tripod or something similar for my next video, thanks!

The artist or record company if they chose can sue you if you don't get permission to use their property. In this case the property is the music. Especially if you are gaining income from the video. I am not a Lawyer but I am familiar with proprietary content.

Thanks guys, yeah, I just found out that I can't/shouldn't use this music so I have found another option, but I have some good news, I showed this video to a luxury pre-owned car dealership, and they want me to make some videos for them for some of their vehicles, pretty exciting if you ask me. (obviously I won't be using normal music tho)
