I'm also glad to hear that this little problem hasn't changed your view on flying.

Airplanes like these suffer from sitightus, it's important to keep them running.

BTW, I like the way that the interior turned out. We are still waiting for the rest of the pics.
Thank you to everybody for the kind words.

We have a test flight scheduled for Monday once all the hydraulics have been bled and tested. I'll report back then!

Did you take that last pic before or after you were informed about the malfunction? Great shot either way lol.

Glad you all made it out unscathed, the plane was fine apart from the pump?

Buy those pilots a drink brother. I'm glad you have competent and professional talent up front that got you down safely!

Let us know how the shakedown flight goes.

Well, I figure he'll at least wait until they're, you know, not flying.

I would be scared to fly on that plane again. 2.5 month of storage isn't that long for a small craft. Next time, I would definitely have it checked more regularly before putting your life on the line.

It was completely reviewed by a Hawker certified mechanic AND flown four times prior to this incident. There are pre-flight and post-flight inspections done every time it leaves the hangar.

Not sure this could've been prevented. Everybody (including Hawker themselves) is telling us it was just a fluke.
