I never claimed to have shot that picture. So I didn't really steal it. I merely used it for something non-profit.
It was just a night's work because I had too much time on my hands for crying out loud!
I never expected it to gain any publicity at all, so saying I stole it isn't really fair right?
But obviously I have the right to sort of be upset when something I actually put some work in gets used with someone else's credit.
And yeah another lesson I've learned now is to maybe place the watermark somewhere where it's less easy to clone out :|

I wouldn't want to ruin this awesome thread with a (off topic) heated argument like this.
Seriously I think there are multiple standpoints to this and I think'd be interesting to see if any mutual conclusions can be made. I'm sure it should be possible to have a decent argument about this and keep our heads cool, right?
To you, Razgriz. I'm sorry if I offended you or anything by doing this. I don't know if you read any of my other comments, but I júst started using photoshop a few days ago and I'm just messing about. I hope you can understand that I was not aware of the problems this could cause. I never thought about things this way and it certainly didn't come to mind when I'm bored and start shopping some pics I have at random.

Even if it's quite well realized, at least you could have asked me the permission to use MY picture, to modify it...
