front end traction

Does your Gallardo make a noise when you make a U turn? Mine makes a noise that sounds like ABS / ASR kicking. This happens when I turn the wheel and accelerate only a little.

Also, do you find the car breaking traction during freezing rain? I feel it hydroplane sometimes when it's approaching freezing weather

Just checking if my car has an issue or is this normal?

Yes, quite normal, at lower speeds with sharp turn you are hearing the VT tranny coupling working

as far as the tires..the performance tires rubber compound is NOT designed for road temps under 42 degrees..this is why your little snowflake symbol comes on in the cars dash at 42 degrees, to advise you have traction loss danger..

I run proper snow winter compund tires on my Lambos during the colder winter months and they work GREAT

Sounds like a bit of a worry, not really. As for the hydroplaning get some snow tyres like Roy said.
