06 Gallardo vs 08 R8 - for $110k - I need advice (long)

To me it comes down to this ... if I got the R8, I would regret not getting its real deal full blown big brother, the G.
If I got the G ... well ... I'd have the G and be satisfied.
Maybe I'd look up to a Murci then.

Who cares what someone else thinks?
If you want power, the R8 will leave you wanting. Like I said in my other post, I did a lot of research. I too was looking at an R8 and it was slow pokey and was not visually appealing up close.
Funny, the white G you have a picture of is from Switch Cars in Nevada; they sold me the car through my broker. Paul is a good guy and will do you right.
I may be reading to much into your posts, but if you buy the R8, I think you will be disappointed. Plus, if the R10 is released any time soon (or if it is released in a coupe vs. a spyder only) good luck in retaining value; on the other hand, you could probably get one for a steal.

The whole point of buying an R8 or a Ferrari (or a GT3 for that matter) is to enjoy driving........

What other people think is there business...you only live Once

If you guys think they're both equally flashy then I'll go with the G. It really was my only hesitation.
