And then it was time to really head home. This is how the Porsche looked when we got back:

CONCLUSION:
It was an awesome experience which will be repeated when Lamborghini has it's next production models on the road.
At the Lambo factory we weren't allowed to see the Gallardo line. Most probably because they are working on something special there atm. I did see a Gallardo with a very strange exhaust setup at the R&D parking lot, something we were not supposed to see ... perhaps a V8 version? Who knows ... time will tell

EDIT: By now we all know it was the upcoming Gallardo facelift set to be reveiled at the Geneva Autoshow (6th of March).

I would love to see a modern version of the LM002. That thing was so ahead of it's time.

wow the rev looks so sinister ! reminds me of that movie with charlie sheen when he was young. The car use to race in desert and gangs used to crash into it and the car steels its parts ? whats the movie ?

Wow indeed...
I got really shaky after scrolling through these pages with so many beautiful and cool cars! Lamborghini design is some of the best ever imo, this older model looks just like a supercar should. Totally bonkers!

Thanks a lot for writing such a nice review and remembering to bring back loads of pics form the trip. (Y)
That's something I'd love to do one day.

ps. I saved down most of the reventon pics, it looks just monstrous sitting there outside the building, what a car!
