Some. It is about 9' down which seems to be the 'new normal'. Well, it will be the new normal until they decide to pull all the water out to support some endangered oyster in Apalachicola.
Guest - if the house you guys are getting rid of is on good water, has a dock permit and is easily accessible to GA400, PM me the details. I've got no problem walking on my current deal if a better house is available at a better price. That being said the house I have under contract is at 50% of the principal balance that was foreclosed on last year so I may be too price conscious of a buyer.
I love Asheville, my wife and I have a loft downtown that we regularly rent when we go up for the weekend but it (and the rest of the area) is just too far for us to regularly go up and use often enough to warrant buying.

Thanks for the kind words. I believe that the first person who looks at it and is really in the market for a 997.1S will buy it. It is in pristine shape.
I had a question regarding pictures of the scratches and information on curb rash on the wheels, of which there is none, so here they are. I am using a GA Drivers License for scale.
Scratch on the front of the car. It is through the front clear bra:

Scratch on the drivers side, right behind the drivers door. Front part of the scratch does not penetrate the paint, second part does:

Scratches one of the front Sport Classic wheels. The rest are pristine and all have center caps:

Original factory wheels still on the car, no curb rash here either:

I also have an Autocheck report that I can email. No damage history reported and no indication of damage history.

Well, there were some issues that turned up during the due diligence period that I was not willing to deal with without a significant price reduction, so I pulled the plug on the lake house. As a result, I no longer have a need to turn this toy into a boat so it is no longer for sale.
Again, thanks for the kind words. I was getting sellers remorse even before I made the sale so I am glad the guy who was supposed to come buy it on Thursday was not able to make it.

The car is back up for sale. Reality is, I have too many toys (antique cars, race cars, motorcycles, etc) and this one is not getting used enough. It now has 34.5k on it. I have installed new TMPS sensors on the 5 Spoke sport classic wheels and a new set of Bridgestone S04 tires. The lobster fork wheels and their mounted Michelin tires (fronts worn, rears with low mileage) go with the car.
The major 30k service was performed at 33k by a local independent shop.
I will drop the car off at any shop within 30 miles of 30305 for a PPI (at buyers expense).
