FS: 2004 Audi S4

16-17k is a little lower than I would want to go. The Blue Book value for an S4 with 49k miles is in the high $19k range. I've had a real hard time determing what I think is a fair price since the engine in the car is brand new. To me that should help the value, but I didnt have much interest at $24k so I lowered it to $21k.

Why was the engine replaced?
With regard to value, I don't think the new engine helps the value and if someone is being very particular it will hurt the value (as many might question the reliability going forward..."Is the engine the first thing..is this car a lemon?").
