Teamspeed checked out the XE SV Project 8
The boys from the HP got to check out this insane Jag when it came through LA recently, and they were all pretty blown away. I have to wonder what this will list for? I know it doesn't matter as they'll sell all of them, but still curious... What do you think?

It's the race for the max. performance but also a great car, Jag is back, why not a track focused Jag?

I guess there's the F-Type SVR? And I think the company is building race cars in house for the first time in years.

That is true, may be the intention is to advertise or promote Jaguar, publicity purposes, shows Jaguars competency? People come to watch the car in the showroom, they would have otherwise not come? Motor sport plans for analogous reasons?
