Aston Martin NS420 Pics - Daily Driver ?

Hmmm, now you have me thinking. I can also get a very nice 2009 DBS for about $50k more than the N420. It only has 2000 miles.

if you want the slowest car over 100k then get the vantage, otherwise there are many many better options out there.
edit: you obviously don't have a pressing need for (top) performance out of your dd, i can highly recommend a standard DB9 sport pack with the 6 speed, its a fantastic dd and a proper full-fat aston. great balance of sport & luxury, the DBS might be too hard for dd duty for some.

I wouldn't get the DBS as a DD...in fact I probably wouldn't get a DBS at all, even though it has killer looks. Aston trying to make a track oriented GT just didn't work IMO. Read several reviews that were not very inspiring. But again, it is probably worth driving the N240/DB9/DBS just for comparison sake. Nothing to lose there.

i would do that if those were your 2 choices, 6 speed? color? several guys in dallas dd DBS's and love them.

DBS' are nice. A bit heavy, but for a daily, it's a LOT of fun. Much more so that a lot of other dailies. And AM's always, always, ALWAYS look mighty fine regardless of where you're driving them.

I literally just talked to my real estate agent who had a DBS as a daily and he absolutely loves it. What everybody has been saying, he claims it is a perfect balance of luxury and sportiness in one package. I would opt for a DBS

While volunteering at a local hospital last summer I worked with a doctor that had a 2009 Aston Martin V8 Vantage. He used his as a daily driver. Such a beautiful car. His was silver with a black interior.

To be honest, I wouldn't get a car like that as a daily driver. I think it's somewhat too rare of a car to be driven about during your regular trip to the grocery store, the office, etc.
If you want supercar performance for a decent price, extremely reliable as well: you should consider a 911 Turbo. Buy a used one and instead of the DB9, maybe you can squeeze in the Aston as well.
Just my humble opinion. Enjoy whatever you end up deciding on! I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
