Lotus Evora Supersprint Exhaust

Lotus Evora Supersprint Exhaust
We're currently the only company that offer a full exhaust, tested on the dyno with good results with the standard map, and I thought maybe someone here on TS could be interested.
The sytem is beautiful but more important, it works very well!
exhaust system LOTUS EVORA 3.5i V6 (280 Hp) (Toyota Engine) '09->, exhaust system components LOTUS EVORA 3.5i V6 (280 Hp) (Toyota Engine) '09->

The system is composed by:
- 441101 Headers. These are equal length long pipe design. The oem cats are removed and they use all the room available around the engine to optimize power and torque.
We used two sleeve joint on the secondary pipes, for free engine movement and pipe thermal expansion, and a ball joint with a flange to connect it to the catalytic converter.
This greatly reduces tha chance of failure of any parts, and instead of what happens with a fragile flex joint, you can easily replace any broken parts without touching the main pipes.
It's designed to last a long time, probably more than the car!

- Metallic sports cat: a 1st grade HJS item, it's tested to pass all the emission controls and it doesn't turn the engine check light on. Size and cells density are optimized for the engine size and power of the Evora. The best on sale everywhere!

-Rear "Racing" Exhaust. Dual Round 90 mm tips with Supersprint logos on the chromed tips.
Sound is much better than standard but still not uncomfortable inside the car. We also have a "road" rear exhaust but it's not reccomended, even if the power is not affected, as the racing version is already compatible with a daily use.
The dual use of the muffler both on the single main pipe and the two after the Y-pipe allows for good noise reduction without comprimising the weight of the system or the efficiency.
Perfect fit with the OEM brackets.

The whole system is 1st grade Aisi 304 stainless steel, with a 3 year warranty. The main pipe is 65mm.
The tips fill perfectly the Oem spoiler, with a slash cut style that looks spot on from every point of view:

The system, as usual with Supersprint product, was tested on our MAHA dyno. Here are the results:

OEM
Claimed data:
Horsepower 276 Hp @ 6400 rpm
Actual data:
Horsepower 274,7 Hp @ 6530 rpm
Torque 343,5 Nm @ 4920 rpm

Supersprint "Racing" system:
- Manifold R.+L. 441101
- Front kat 441102
- Rear exhaust "Racing" OO 90 441136
Actual data:
Horsepower 299,9 Hp @ 6810 rpm
Torque 360,0 Nm @ 5085 rpm

As the car wasn't modified in any way other than the exhaust we very very happy with the results. Power is up from 3200rpm with a top gain of 26,7 Hp and 26,6 Nm, sacrificing a small and barely perceptible bit of torque between 2000 and 3000 rpm.

Sadly not yet as we haven't found a customer car yet.
We'd like very much to develop a complete system, as we did for all the previous owners.
One of the reason is that the 458 is much more expensive, but I think in a year or so we should be able to have a customer car.
We could develop a step-design header or even something more advanced...
Who knows how much power we could extract from that engine!
