Aston Martin DBS customers have to wait a little longer
#1
Those of you who’ve spent $265,000 of your hard earned money in order to own the beautiful Aston Martin DBS may have to wait a little longer to take delivery of your long-awaited Bond car. According to the April issue of AutoCar, those who have put in orders for the DBS are going to have to wait about three months longer than the folks at Aston Martin had originally planned to deliver your car. The hold-up is due to a shortage of some of the one-off parts that is causing the complete cars to hang out a little longer on the assembly line.
Aston Martin says that it will make its customers wait instead of using whatever available parts they have that are sub-standard. In other Aston news today, one of the five DBS models being used in the upcoming Bond move plunged into a lake after the stunt driver lost control.
