A friend of mine called me with the question what I know about the reliability of DB9's and Aston Martins in General? He owns a Bentley Continental GT and now he is looking to trade the bentley in on a DB9 LM (limited edition 124 produced). As I know something about Ferrari's but not that much about Astons I thought maybe there are some DB9 owners on TS who can tell something about their experiences?

My dad has a DB9...it's a '05 with 5,000 miles now (have had it since 07 with about 1500 and so far no issues. Just that the warranty has ended last month. If you have any other questions I'll ask my dad for you, no problem...
