SL Black Series Revealed!

That is ridiculous!! I love it, except for the rear end. Why did they leave the rear basically untouched?
I would love to have one, but not for 320k. No way. That is just way too much for the SL. So many other things out there in that price range, even cheaper, that are far better. NOTE: This argument isn't the same for the CLK Black series (awesome car).
I agree, for 320k it should come with Ceramics, and a few other goodies.

agreed on the ceramics ....
this is pretty slick tho... 100k is not that unreasonable over the regular SL. Just count up the upgrades + man hours + limited production... kinda makes sense.
Funny though how this rather aging platform (though aging well) is still fresh and can compete with the best of them.

oh... on another note
if this black series thing is like audi rs and s... aka it is going to go down range... this is fantastic.... I always hear complaints how amg is just for highway rockets and M is for b-roads... no more!

Oh my god Mercedes and AMG are fuel filled crazy, the CLK63 BS was bonkers and the same thing for the DTM but this thin is in a class of its own....its SUPER CAR territory. I would love to see what this thing does at 3,000rpm with just a kick to the gas pedal, with all that torque it will normally jump two lanes to the left.
