Spied: Mercedes AMG SLS Black Series Sans Cammo

The hotter version of the Mercedes AMG SLS, the Black Series has been spotted several times—but today we got it with the front totally without cammo.

Along with the increased intake vents and generally wider bodywork, this prototype is wearing a big fixed wing at the back. There won't be any fancy AWD system on the Black Series SLS, just good old fashioned rear-wheel drive, but the only transmission will be a seven-speed dual clutch. When it hits showrooms, those fortunate enough to snatch one up can expect the 6.2L V8 to be pumping out over 600hp and a top speed somewhere just north of the 200mph mark.

Those without means will have to make due with listing to its sure-to-be glorious soundtrack.

I love the wider fenders, and the back wheels.
