210kmh standard G55,

Performance Studio AMG divison, 230kmh probably due to aerodynamics which is a 2-3,000 euro option if i do remember correctly.

by the way Mike, I just remembered you can get an AMG logo on the headrest and centre arm console similar to those you see on the porsche exclusive models, I am 90% sure it can be done because i saw one on a heavily loaded CLS55 /63 previously.

A Russian website with pics and specs of heavily loaded Mercedes, some pictures of inspiration before you submit the order.

If you need to convert it google, Russian to english converter it will convert you the site.

Mike, if your dealer has any pull at the factory there are many options for you to consider. I know of one guy that had AMG build him a G-class with the Bi-turbo V12 from the S65/SL65. Furthermore AMG (supposedly) built 12 G63's with a N/A V12 at the cost of $350K
If I was you (I wish) I would get an ordinary G55 and modify it, IMO half the fun of owning a car is modifying it to my own liking!

I agree with the modding part, yes amg built NA V12 and supposedly the G55 will have a 6.2L found on the current e-class within the next 2 years..The 55K is the desirable motor for me, sounds like an SLR...would wonder how it would sound like with Kleemann headers.

Rumors are that the 500 will have a bi turbo producing 463hp within 2-3 years as well.

Thank you for all your knowledgable insights I will be meeting with the dealer during the week to give a full break down of what is available. I will obviously be enquiring here again!

Mike, be sure to do something about that suspension, the g55 is one rough ride. Some people swap out the g55 springs for the g500 ones for a smoother ride. As much as I like to drive my friends g55, being a passenger is annoying sometimes.
