Ok I've moved my iTunes onto a new Mac

Is there an easy way of getting it to download all the iPhone/IPad apps that were downloaded on the old pc or do you have to go and select each one again?

It should pull the apps from your phone when you sync for the first time?

Or i'm sure thats what the iCloud thing is for.
