What about the sounds? It's more complicated now to mute certain sounds for night time, such as email and notifications. You have to pick each notification one by one to mute it. I need my phone and text to stay on at night, so the general mute button doesn't help.
I have to say the BB profiles were easier to use.

Have you guys noticed that the battery drains REALLY quickly on both the iPhone and iPad with the new iOS?

Um, what? How the HELL can it be worse?! My BB lasts about 4 days for every hour of battery the iPhone has.

Mine are unchanged. The only thing that causes significant battery drain in my experience is being a zillion miles from a cell tower.

True...I've turned off most of the Notifications & Locations hoping that will extend battery life

I think the reminder app with gps uses a lot of battery if you have such a reminder. It might also be that the cloud is using more battery than needed now. The biggest drain is 3G surfing and if a lot of traffic is going through that network I guess it'll have a big effect on the battery.
