I got one and the internet is fast as hell. Siri even understands some farsi, amazing. I haven't delved into it much besides that. Can't wait to try out the camera. If it's as good as advertised I'm going to be selling my p&s.

^ Siri definitely seems like the only reason to upgrade. As this video shows, to me the improvement in speed from a 4 to 4S doesn't seem worth $299
