I got one. It's pretty handy.

 

adds a lot of bulk for a slim iPhone 4.

 

Yah - twice the battery life, but it's twice the size. Still pretty slick for those that need longer battery life for whatever reason.

 

It's not a permanent thing. you just use it when you need charging, especially on the go. It's like a travel charger that just looks like a case.
