Any of you guys know if this is a good time to get the 15" macbook pro or is there an update in the next month or so?

They just updated it in April, get one. I just got a 13", highly recommend it.

No update, they've only just been done late may.

I have the 15" i5, bloody awesome.

Go for it. I love mine although sometimes I wish I got the 15 instead of the 17. Just sometimes, like when I'm traveling.
