Got mine going around lunch. If you ordered from the ATT website, you have to activate your phone through the website once you get it. Go to att.com/activations to set everything up.
The phone is pretty sweet and the camera update is very nice. Very crisp and pictures are captured instantly. The screen is great too, and facetime is way cool.

I tried in-between cases pre-ordering on the Apple website on 6/15 @ 9am. No go. Tried 1 more time at 10:45 pm right before bedtime, bingo!
