Facelifted Porsche 911 Targa Spotted

Now this has to be some sort of Porsche record? Customers have just recently got their hands on the 991 Targa and already our TS spies come across a prototype for the facelift.

Just as with the pre-production 911 Convertible we spotted last week, this targa prototype has all bits spotted such as new door handles, new grille on the engine lid and of course the new bumpers. Do we spot active air ducts in this front bumper? Other details such as the headlights and rear lights with new graphics are also hidden under camouflage.

As the latest rumours suggest, the facelifted 911 will be unveiled at the LA car show in November under the internal code 992. As reported you may just find a turbocharged six-cylinder engine mounted at the back of the new 911´s, don;t say we didn't warn you!

 

Interesting..... I don't think I care for the rear grill. The turbo rumor is even more interesting since it won't die. I would be shocked if its true.
