Racing Question

Okay, I need advice. I'm picking up a 911 in Stuttgart later this month with my 8 year old son and am considering going to Nürburgring with it. Am I a fool to do it, or a fool not to do it? I've never been and I don't quite know how dangerous it is (I don't plan on being reckless, but I'm sure other nearby drivers are.) Also, what about the break-in period, not to mention a completely pristine car. Any advice welcome!

It's basically open to the public and you can drive as fast or as slow as you like. Sounds like something you should definitely do! I would go for it. You can still have fun and drive the car under 5000rpm...
