To be honest i don't like it. The car would look so much better colour coded. The black is too stark and just doesn't work with the silver. Same with the black wheels with pinstripe.

Agree the garage doors are nice though.

I am a fan of the stone guards. I had a similar idea just last week, but I didn't have the stones to execute it (pun intended).

Overall, the car looks great. I agree with the ducktail sentiment, and if you want your wheels pushed out a little, you could always go with a slightly more agressive offset on a set of aftermarket center lock wheels (the market seems to be absolutely flooded with great choices these days).

Thanks. I've looked at a few new wheel options, but just don't want to spend the $$$ for a set of wheels & tires when I really like everything about the ones I have: the color, design, silver edge...everything BUT the offset. I can't believe no one has developed a longer centerlock hub/pin that would be a straight swap.

Maybe I'll end up looking to replace the wheels when the tires need replacing. Love the Modulare B18, ADV1 5.01 and Forgeline GA1R, but still don't want to spend that much to replace a wheel I already like.

I have the stone guards on my white GTS coupe...some days I like them, other days not...but the one thing that is certain is that OTHER people seem to love them...I get comments all the time about them...but I am too lazy to take them off so I have just left them on. They definitely make the car unique and the GTS stands out. Last week, I added the KI vinyl headlight trim pieces and LOVE the way that turned out. Really continues the black/white theme of my car. Enjoy your car with the stone guards. I think they look great on your car.

I forget how clean the GTS looks. No stone guard for me, though.

Executive Decision: Black Stone Guards are coming off...just submitted the order with Suncoast for the clears. More $$$ down the drain...oh well.

The more I compared the two, the more I realized I preferred the clean look I had with the clears, especially with the clear tails & platinum silver. I think they look great on the white cars I've seen, but they just don't do it for me on my car.

Too bad those things aren't reusable...

Here's how she should look (again), but with the black center caps.

I'd dump the black stone guards. Beautiful car!
