Does anyone have HPFP issues?

I have a friend who has a 997.2 and the HPFP died on him at 3000 miles. I have been reading around and it seems BMW's HPFP issues have somewhat spread to Porsche. they both use Bosch pumps...there's a problem right there. It seems Porsche's issues aren't as widespread. Any Teamspeeders have HPFP issues with their 997's, or any DI Porsche?

it is a 2009 Carrera 4S. Porsche has a worldwide recall for all 2009-10 DI engines. I'm curious to see if any Teamspeeders have had issues with any of Porsche's DI cars.

Had some issues with my 335i back then when it came out...
guess it was a combination of the Bosch parts and other internals..
But I`ve never heard anything like that of a 997 owner.

9x7s have the issues and I've replaced a couple. It's no big deal.

Mine got replaced twice.

Car stutters and goes into limp mode. Towed once, driven to dealership second time. Both replaced under warranty, no questions.
