If the setup is the same as the Panamera & Cayenne, Auto Start/Stop is off by default in the US, but on by default in many (if not most) other countries.

Question Questions

Ok the car looks absolutely fantastic and can't wait to buy an SCab! Now can someone explain to me about the L-shape design of the turn signal/driving lights and it's aesthetic reference to the bumper design. Seems kind of off balnce from the usual symetry and what function is the bottom section closest to the bottom? Curious...

Everyone was expecting them to be standard and uniform. That would be boring. So to make it more striking and distinctive, they drooped them down the side. I was critical at first, but now I think its fantastic. And when you look at it from certain angles they integrate very nicely into the intake design.

i'm not an expert on this but can only tell u from what i saw. the design of the turn signal/driving light makes sense at least for aesthetic reason. the size of the headlight is really big (much bigger than 997) that needs something on the bumper to balance out. otherwise the huge headlight may look out of place.

i attached some pics so u can compare them.

You are right the head lights are much bigger, thanks! Also does that lower right piece on the signal light have a function? This site is such a huge resource for info and outstanding for a car nut like me!

Great detailed photos, always amazed on how Porsche is able to retain the look after 20+ years...

dsanto is an unknown quantity at this point
Not crazy about the sunroof, I know it allows for more headroom but breaks up the lines when open. Hopefully a sunroof delete will be available.
