VIDEO: New Porsche 911 Hot Weather Testing in South Africa

As we get closer to the official unveiling of the all new Porsche 911, Porsche releases a nice little teaser video. In this official video seen here Porsche engineers oversee hot weather testing of the all-new Porsche 911 in South Africa. The is the first time we can clearly hear the sound of the new 911 and thankfully it remains distinctively Porsche. The new 911 is set to debut at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show, just a few months away. Kudos to JF and team at TangetVector for the great video!

I love the audibility of the engine in the interior. The last clip of the manual 991 driving looks very exciting. Also interesting to see what's under the new rear cover. Too bad you can't see the engine, but at least the grooves are actually functional.

 

Nice, looks like bits of Cape Town. That must have been filmed a while ago as its winter now.
Next time I better dress us as a streetkid, as they were not to friendly to me.

 

Hmm, looks more like en route from Joburg to Sun City actually.
