If we throw social skills out of the window and it's ok to vent our opinions, regardless what other people thinks (while not break any forum rules), I think you should watch yourself in the mirror about raising kids instead of walking around telling others how, and/or what, to do. Just my opinion.

Ha Ha! I think it is funny that my opinion rubs you guys that raw.

Honestly, I am just sitting here laughing.

I am pretty secure in my role as a father.

If I made any of you guys feel insecure, I apologize.

Pretty comical.

The OP should thank me. If it wasn't for my remark, this thread wouldn't have survived page-one for 5 minutes.

I refuse to prop it up any longer.

In for the train wreck.
While I normally find your posts amusing and occasionally insightful, your posts and subsequent responses in this thread make you appear ignorant and arrogant.

SoCal is an unknown quantity at this point
I'm with Jox. You didn't even ask what his wife did for a living before assuming the OP wanted her to work... I think that, and the "failure in the home" comments are a little below you Dana. What if your wife was a Doctor (M.D.) and wanted to work; would your opinion be the same then?

Not sure where this thread has gone, but going back to the original question...

I had a C4S and 2007 Cayenne S - latter for use with the kids, former for when I wanted some fun. Ended up that I used the C4S less and less whilst my kids are so young (two and five y/o), so I let the C4S go (a sad day), bought a new 2011 Cayenne for the family and as a daily driver (which is superb) and a classic 911 for those lovely sunny days which are for me and my friends - eldest boy can come in that with little safety concerns. I don't regret getting rid of the C4S but I do miss it. Give it two more years (when both my boys are a better age) and I'll be back in a new 911...

Sorry, now carry on having a go at Dana.

If any of you - and that includes SoCal and the suddenly pious Jox - don't like my contributions to the forum, there is an easy solution - just add me to your ignore list.

I assure you that I will not be hurt in the slightest.

Should probably just close this thread. It's so far off topic, and was kind of pointless to begin with.

Lets get back on track here folks...

It's more then doable just not the most practical situation, but I fully understand the missing of the 911! Funny enough, when I was growing up my father stuck us in the back of his 928 all the time, was fun for short trips but anything over 30 mins I was like can we get out please LOL!!!!
