I completely disagree. Wicked is a rip off. Your OEM 997 TT front end parts with lights is $3k. Then add in the bumper you want.. So $5k in parts.
You then need a body shop quote.
I am having my 996TT front end converted and my quote is $3200 labor and paint.
Add in 997TT gen 1 had multiple issues and is $30k more then a 996TT and you can see the appeal of a 996TT with conversion. I asked several Porsche tuner shops and Porsche dealer techs on if I get a 996TT or 997TT and the answer was 997 gen 2 or 996TT and stay away from 997 gen 1.
