Give me a call when you're onsite and we'll stick around. We are going to the PCA welcome party from 4-7 on Friday. Are you planning on hanging out downtown? If so, I'll call you when we're back from the party so we can link up near the auctions.

Last night we had a nice time watching all the pre-auction cars, doing some people watching and enjoying a nice cappuccino at Pino's on the Portola boardwalk:
Today we picked up our PCA packet for the race weekend - we get corral (infield) parking all weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun), plus a cool t-shirt, some other "VIP"ish stuff, etc. Very well-organized, too.
Since we had a couple hours to kill, my wife suggested a drive - who am I to refuse?
We took Route 1 down to Big Sur and back. Along the way we saw some REALLY cool stuff.
Most of the way I was playing follow-the-leader with an Enzo and Challenge Stradale

One observation. You need SPF 1,000,000 sunscreen!
Another observation ... despite your "Panamera looks good in real life" comment, it look atrocious in that shot. Kinda like a post-apocalyptic alien frog scrotum.

You guys will have to trust me on the looks. It looks great in person - keep in mind the rear-view mirror does distort stuff. I'd buy one.
As for the sunscreen, I tan pretty easily, but we were out in the direct sunlight most of the day yesterday. I did put some on today and kept out of the sun as much as I could. It'll be tan by Saturday morning.
Took some pics of a GORGEOUS 356 in front of our hotel. I'll post them later with whatever other pics I take tonight. Meeting my dad for dinner at a window table at the Fish Hopper at 7pm if anyone wants to pop by...
