'09 C2S Oil level down

My 2009 C2S has only 430 km (267 miles), and the oil level is already low?!?! is that normal?!?!

Everyone with a 997 has experienced this. You'll go through a quart in the first 1,000 miles easy. Over time, the oil consumption will be less and less. But you'll probably still go through a quart every 4,000 miles or so.

Isn't oil burning a sound of a bad engine design? Oil is getting into the combustion chamber......no?

Yeah it's weird. My 997S used a lot of oil (and my RS4 does too), but the Cayman hardly requires a drop.
