What a joke.

At least you went down in style - the TechArts are my favorite wheels ever.

Lets remember the economy is fcuked up. so anything they can make a buck on they will.
Dealerships are closing up left and right. the VW dealership near me is only open 3days a week. imagine that?

So, even though they INSTALLED it, they weren't willing to cover it. After some hollering and yelling from my friend they gave in and covered it.

What a crock eh?

Crazy, but I believe it. There's been a lot of issues with BMW dealers not covering Dinan work lately. The relationship between BMW and Dinan is definitely not what it used to be. You basically can't mod anything anymore. It sucks.

As long as you haven't significantly changed the OD with your new wheel / tire combo, that won't stand up if you fight it, and Porsche would have to cover everything. But I would find a new dealership. Mine loved my 20" TechArts, and never argued about covering anything, despite the fact I had aftermarket supercharger, suspension, etc. etc.

Yeah there is another dealer I can go to if neccessary, unfortunately BH is closest to me (convenient).
I say "hilarious" in my OP because they are 100% "+1 sizing", there is less than a 1% diff in OD vs. the factory 19's.
60mph on my factory 19's reads 60.8 mph on the 20's.

So basically if they give me crap in the future about covering something I won't just let it ride. (no pun intended..heh)

They must have a huge overhead if it is still worth missing out on 3 days worth of sales a week and most likely pay rent on the space for those days. Pretty stupid.

I can't believe he did that. What a douche bag. It upsets me when I read about stuff like that.
