It looks like the Vorsteiner bumper, but I doubt it is.

Usually cool rear bumpers on the back of 911's like that are ruined because they are way too extreme, and they also have an ugly spoiler making it too eccentric. This makes me want a Carrera GTS with Turbo rear bumper and GT2 sideskirts...
