More HRE's on a 997.2 Turbo S @ SharkWerks
Somebody mentioned the Europipe yesterday so I figured I'd show you this 2011 Turbo S which came into us for a set of HRE CL40 Monoblock wheels in satin black and a Europipe Exhaust system to address the lackluster factory exhaust note.
On the chopping block...
Off comes the bumper:
Unpacked the exhaust itself is a thing of beauty:
You also get a very nice basket of tools but sadly no Belgian Chocolates! Very handy indeed:
A shot of the factory exhaust:
And those very dense stock cats:
Side-by-side shot:
On goes the Europipe:
From the belly:
Nice fitment from behind and the factory tips can be re-used. There is also no overhang from the rear either:
As you'd expect from Europipe the sound is very unique, clean/crisp and no resonance either.
Next up is a set of light-weight 19 inch HRE CL40 Monoblok wheels finished in satin black and wrapped with new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires:
And in the rear (check out the machining and weight savings in the spokes):
Ready to go home:
The more aggressive rear offset pushes the wheels out where they should be vs the "tucked-in" stock wheels:

Stunning lads!
Alex, I don't know if you ever got round to seeing what I wrote in another thread a while ago, but I couldn't believe my eyes when you posted that you went to Hill House...So did I!!! Great school. On the stricter side, but I really enjoyed it! Gotta love the weekly assemblies with the colonel (I almost shat myself before the readings!) / No threadjack intended!
Anyways, fantastic turbo! Love your work!
Best,
Yannick

Thanks and here you go
2010 Porsche 997.2 PDK Twin Turbo with Tubi Exhaust @ SharkWerks.Com - YouTube
I would say the Tubi is overall the louder inside and outside in terms of sound.
