Yeah, we have 85, 87 and 91 in CO, other places in the US have 93 for normal pump gas. We can buy 100, 105 and higher but it is crazy expensive. I spent a few month in Germany last year (loved it!) the gas was definitely more expensive but also higher octanes.

With ethanol (exx), is isn't just lines, we have to use much bigger injectors as well as multiple pumps. You also have to be concerned with the type of material as ethanol will breakdown some of the materials used in regular gas cars. I will have more information than this when things develop.

the next step is to get the motor completed, then installed and tested, then broken in and finally tuned. The turbos were finished a couple months ago and all the piping, intakes, intercoolers etc were fabricated while Todd and Cyn were recently in Dubai, so the next month or two should go pretty quick.

In europe we have 95 (regular one), 98 or 100 (difficult to find) octane. now a new one which is E10, so with 10% ethanol... but that works just with newer cars that have better fuel lines.

Somewhere in the 900-1000hp range, I am more interested in usable hp/tq across the rpms vs peak hp.
