Twin 997 Turbos @ SharkWerks;)

I never tire of 997.1TTs and we recently had a pair of them show up to get started along the SharkWerks program! First up is an almost new 2009 997TT Cabriolet (in silver of course!) which came in for our Stage III set up, including a Tubi Street Exhaust with TechArt tips, the EVOMSit Stage II tuning and a Valentine 1 hardwire installation for obvious reasons

James has seen a few of these silver 911TT's before

Some nice scenery (Blue 2011 997GT3RS project) to look at while the stock exhaust cools off on the lift:

The ugly and super-quiet stock exhaust is ready to come off once the bumper is removed:

Off with it..

The lightweight (saves 25 pounds vs stock) Tubi street system is now installed. Fits and lines up perfectly of course:

TechArt dual tips are added as well:

James finishing up his V1 radar detector installation:

More silver madness awaits (stage II and EVT775 car)...

EVOMSit sets us up with a 91 octane tune. On a cabriolet it's a the ECU removal is a bit more tricky:

Getting set up for flashing the ECU on the bench with the EVOMSit boot strap tools:

There she is ready to go home now. You wouldn't be able to tell... a sleeper with 570hp that is ready to dish it out looking "bone stock" still.

Top down...

Second up is a guards red 2008 997TT... the owner wanted an exhaust that was on the loud side (having come from a GT3) so we choose to go with the 70mm TechArt race exhaust. We gave it a few more ponies with the EVOMSit software tuned for 91 octane as well.

On the lift she goes...

Out comes that Bosch Motronic ECU and on goes EVOMSit's finest 91 Octane Stage II software.

We haven't done many of these before so here's a shot of the TechArt race exhaust installed before the bumper gets put back on:

And of course you can't run a TechArt exhaust without the accompanying TechArt dual tips...

Ready to go home!
