So the two intercoolers are closed because of the water system connected to the front radiator, there is also water pump. The color of the car is schiefermettailc.
Cheers,
k.

Have no idea what you mean,
at dyno during full acceleration temperature in intake was never higher then 50 degree.
Guys that was the only way to have fenders I have now.

Thanks guys. Take a look in the 997 section for European Delivery and there is a PDF of a story I did for Porsche Panorama in Feb 08. Coochas scanned it in. Will slip in some pics when I get a chance.
Several years ago a friend of mine was working on developing turbos for Mazdas (Rotary Engineering) and was testing air to air vice air to water intercooling. Even with street water (maybe 50 F) thrown in there it wasn't able to reduce the charge temperature very effectively, while an air to air intercooler was more effective, as long as ambient air was reasonably cool and forced into it. It essentially disproved any notion that using something like water in an intercooler was going to help any more than just air.
