It takes our head fabricator about 4 hours of welding time in order to compete a set of intercoolers. Upon completion, each intercooler is pressure tested before the Champion Motorsport seal of approval is granted 
From here the intercoolers get mated with a hose and hardware kit and wait anxiously for installation
