Although the standard Turbo has after market exhausts in this picture, the difference is obvious. Notice how the bottom of the bumper is flat on the 997.1, and it makes room for the exhausts on the 997.2.

This is true, I had forgotten how much those two add up individually.

They add up more than a lot.

The Turbo with all of the standard Turbo S options adds up to 1bout 153k. The Turbo S is only 152k. Not a big difference, but you also get an "s" badge, better performance, and 30 more horsepowers.

in a german car magazine they stated that the savings would add up to more than 2000 Euros while getting a more exclusive and stronger car

Sexy car.

Although I must add that I'm not really a big fan of those optional clear tail lights.

Not a fan. I hate silver cars, especially silver 911s, because they look so boring with this color. And Aerokit is a Must Have on Turbos imo.
