Anyone know anything about this 2008 997 Turbo for sale in Naples, FL

My brother-in-law is getting ready to buy this Turbo, and I just wanted to check here to see if anyone knew anything about this car. TIA

I bought a similar 2007 a year ago, and I think the listed price is very good. You will have a fantastic car! The only things I don't like are the cup holders and the navigation system but I don't know how that changed in the 2008 model, probably not a lot looking at the photos.
Car looks in great shape. I added a clear coat to protect the front and mirrors.
