Quiet frankly, none. I had H&Rs on the Cayman and they were fine there as the snout of the Cayman goes up a bit. I have Champion springs, made by H&R on the TT but the lower lip of the TT is level from the wheel well to the front tip. Go with PSS9s or damptronic. Just springs lower the car too much and the lip will scrape everywhere. My Cayman is way more lowered than my TT but I have much fewer problems with it. The front of the TT sticks out far and is level through out.

Send a PM to member CANNGA. He's done a phenomenal writeup on this subject and I'd trust his recommendations.

Just put on some Bilstien PSS9s. Then you can adjust them and have an awesome set up for handleing

I have H&R springs on mine. Car came that way, so I didn't have a lot of choice in the matter. Like Schwabe said, the lip scrapes EVERYWHERE. Gives the car a great stance. Never drove it without, so can't compare ride quality.
If price isn't a concern, get the damptronics.
