Where do you recommend to eat in NYC.

I will be in NYC this weekend. It has been about two months since I was there, so figured there must be some new hot spot to eat at.

Any suggestions?

I just got to NYC last night. I'm also interested in some local eats. This Chicken and Rice stand on 53rd and 6th Ave is amazing.

Hi guys, my wife and I were in NY last year for a week as part of a 7 week round the world trip. Without a doubt the best meal we had throughout the trip was at a place called STK in the meatpacking district - an upmarket steakhouse, excellent service, fantastic food and an overall wonderful cullinary experience - 2 thumbs up!! Gramercy Tavern is really good high end food, unlike high end french, people will not trouble finding something to eat.

for the best "wow" experience you might want to look into Daniel, I haven't eaten at many of the high end places in NYC, but that meal was over the top.

there is also DB which is owned by the same person as Daniel, they are also open for lunch.
