When you look at a car, which part will attract you most? Exterior? Interior? Or the mechanical parts e.g. engine? And this is also different from the question: "when people look at a car, which part will attract them most?" Try to figure out what you like most? What do you want? I think money is not a problem, in your choices.
From my point of view, an original murci will never on my list. It is because interior is very important to me. A dull interior will not excite me so much.F wins.
By the way, I love engine sound so much. Both of them can satisfy me. Draw.
Lastly, for me, the murci knock out 430 only by the scissor doors. However, I hate trouble. As I will not put the god damn ugly roof on the car, that means I will not drive it on rains. Draw again.
In conclusion, I will take the F430 Spider.

I drove 37.000 km in my Murcielago (+ thousands of km in other Lamborghinis)
and 43.000 km in my Ferrari (+ thousands of km in other Ferraris).
I like both but I would go for the Lamborghini, it is a much more special car. A 430 is quite ordinary, but there is nothing ordinary about a Murcielago.....
Don't get me wrong, the Ferrari is a very good car. But the Lamborghini is a sensation..... every time.
Is it a car for every day??? The answer is no! But I am sure that you have some kind a DD anyway.
Go for the Lambo and you will not regret it. And by the way, the women loves the Murcielago.....
