Scuderia vs CGT -

Looks like Jamie's ex-flame. But man, seriously, clean your damn shack of a garage. It's filthy! The air quality must be putrid just eating away at the interiors. Nevermind all the rust from the 12 molecules of H20 on the floor.
Sheesh.
Sheesh.

They are both amazing cars! Unique as the CGT is, there are more of them than Scuds; if exclusivity is your hot button, Scud wins. In terms of drivability, Scud by a hair (F1 v low mass clutch). In terms of fast shifting, Scud again -- I mean, 60 ms! Audio quality? They both sing, but CGT hits the high notes with that V10. CGT by a hair. Yum. Fit and finish, CGT wins, hands down. On the track, Scud is closer to the CGT than its 14% power/weight disadvantage would suggest -- F1 shifter, again.
Conclusion: If some bad guy put a gun to my head and said, "Gimme one of those," then I'd break his wrist and shoot 'em with his own weapon. For even money, I'd sell the Scud to pay lawyer's fees in my self defense case. But choosing would be a tough call.

yeah, thats my garage. i bought it a few months ago after years of renting a pretty nice spot. with real estate prices tanking, i figured if i could find a nice clean, safe location warehouse of the right size, then that would be perfect. i kept it pretty simple, installed some offices, and then just some epoxy floor and cabinets. it came pretty clean . it was a new build out. i just looks clean because its new. give me a few years. i have slob-like tendancies.
so yeah, its fun. i cruise over there after work its on my way home and it dont suc k.
on that CGT, yeah, one could say Jamie goofed, then again, he could get a far lower mileage CGT for 50k less. he played it right.

Someone i know said it right...every single ride in the CGT results in a sheet-eating grin of immense proportions...the tone cant be replicated, etc. while sometimes driving the Scud feels, well, a smidge towards the ordinary. that is it has a more 'every day feel' than the CGT. that might be a good thing, dont get me wrong.
Ced, you make a great point. i wasnt thinking about msrps, just "market values", but you know at 285 vs 440, i think the Scud migth be the better value. i think the biggest negative to the Scud, is that its based off the 430, comes real close to that 430 (which fyi is a total beast as well, just maybe too many of them)...
two crazy nice cars.
anyone out there have experience tracking both? which is more proficient whomping laps??
