Superstar rapper introduces Twitter to ‘Tookie,’ a black-and-blue Chiron ready for 2020.

Of the many expensive rides to grace many a hip-hop star’s video and/or garage, there’s nothing like a Bugatti to show the world you’ve arrived. Ace Hood penned one of the most dramatic songs ever about the Franco-Teutonic supercar brand back in 2013, with Future delivering the explosive line, “I woke up in a new Bugatti!”

A lot of hip-hop stars have been pictured with their new Bugattis over the years, including Drake, Lil Wayne, and The Game. And of course, 50 Cent. Dubai-based newspaper Gulf News happened to be on Twitter a couple of days after Christmas, when the iconic rapper unveiled his new Bugatti Chiron to the world.

“Meet Tookie,” 50 Cent tweeted December 27. “I flex so hard, I’ll pull a muscle. My pumpkin patch in the back. Oh don’t tap out now!”

The pumpkin patch is, of course, 50 Cent’s Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which happens to be orange and chrome. The Chiron, on the other hand, is black with blue trim. According to the Gulf Times, the car is $3 million, which doesn’t take much off of the icon’s reported net worth of $150 million.

Unlike most Chirons, 50 Cent’s newest whip comes with a sunroof. It’s a feature not offered off the shelf, but if you can afford a Chiron, you can certainly convince the factory to throw one on for the ultimate flex.

Otherwise, the Chiron has the usual 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16, making 1,479 horses and 1,180 lb-ft of torque. The monster power goes to all four of the 20-inch gloss black wheels through a Haldex all-wheel drive system linked to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The Chiron is the newest addition to 50 Cent’s growing fleet of rides from coast to coast. According to Hot Cars, his car collection includes a Yamaha YZF R1 motorcycle, a bullet- and bomb-proof Chevrolet Suburban (being shot nine times will do that to a man), a gold-wrapped Bentley Mulsanne, and a Bugatti Veyron.

He’ll also have to buy a new garage to store his new Chiron in the future. According to an interview with Robb Report in December 2019, 50 Cent is “running out of places” to park his collection, which is split with his residences on the East and West Coasts. Not a bad problem to have!
