Barrett-Jackson Bugatti Veyron 16.4

Wrapped in red and chrome, this Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is a 1,001-horsepower stunner owned by one-half of famed auction house.

The Team Speed crew continues to kill it live on the floor of the 2018 SEMA Show, where our vices for performance and luxury are fed with every mind-blowing machine we happen across.

Such is the case with this special Bugatti Veyron 16.4 wearing a bright red and chrome wrap upon its highly engineered body. The hypercar, already special by itself, gains a new level of awesome by being the personal car of Barrett-Jackson CEO, Craig Jackson.

The 80th of 300 ever made, the Veyron sure knows how to pull at everyone’s heartstrings. The quad-turbo W16 pumps out 1,001 horses and 922 ft-lb of torque through the seven-speed dual-clutch to all corners, capable of driving the hypercar to a top speed of 253 mph after blasting through 60 mph in 2.47 seconds.

Speaking of hearts, however, the Veyron has another mission besides bathing in the spotlight and smashing speed limits left and right. Barrett-Jackson and the American Heart Association have teamed up to promote heart health awareness through the Driven Hearts campaign, using Jackson’s favorite car to draw everyone’s eyes to the cause. Jackson says he’s thrilled his Veyron has been used to promote the campaign, one of many charitable endeavors the auction house has done over the decades.

We can’t think of a better way to drive awareness of heart health than through the big, eight-liter heart of a red and chrome Bugatti Veyron 16.4.
