About a year ago, I bought a 6 module winder thinking it would last me a while. Needless to say, with my growing collection, it's time for a new one. Instead of buying a ready made one from the likes of Orbita, Scatola or Underwood, I decided I was probably better off making my own. I bought 12 of the Orbita programmable modules and have been thinking of ways to design my enclosure. So far, i'm thinking of just a wooden enclosure covered with alcantara, and maybe some deviated stitching. Anybody have any other ideas for enclosure materials? Carbon fiber would be cool, but i'm not sure how I can make a custom one off thing using it.

Wow, blast from the past. Sad to say the modules are still sitting in boxes. I haven't taken the time to try and design the enclosure. One of these days I'll get it done.
