IWC Portuguese Automatic (as shown above). $12k gets you an amazing functional and looking white face, blue hands and markers watch. The blue strap really highlights the watch well. I wear it everytime I have a blue suit on and find it to be a perfect piece. A little big though depending on your wrist size.
